Accounts and Finance Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day operations of the Accounts Department
  • Prepare full set of financial statements and monthly management reports
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies
  • To assist in ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fast worker, dynamic, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluent in English (both verbal & written).
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Liaise with all level of management.
  • Work under pressure and extra hours when required.
  • Manage full spectrum of the accounting function / handle full set of accounts.
  • Assist Accountant in preparing annual budget and forecasts.
  • Literacy in accounting software and other computer applications.
  • Committed sense of urgency, responsible and hard working.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Language required: English and Malay.
